Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment for the total cost of your stay. There is a $10.00 fee for all cancellations when notice of cancellation is received more than two weeks in advance of the reservation date. Cancellations between seven & fourteen days of the reservation date may receive refund of one half the advance payment. Cancellations received within seven days of your reservation date may be refunded only if your booking dates are taken by another guest. There is a $20 fee for bookings of fewer than two nights.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $15/night
