Upstairs, one flight up from main level:
Two Bedroom Suite; (up to 5 guests) (full bathroom & lounge/sitting area w/ microwave, coffee...)
One bedroom has a queen bed only. (THIS ROOM IS A NO-PET ZONE)
The other bedroom has a queen and a single.
For your privacy: If you reserve only one upstairs bedroom, the other bedroom will remain un-occupied.
If "no pet" you may choose either bedroom.

At the top of the stairs is a movable partition you can use to block access to the stairs for protection of young children & pets.
And it provides additional privacy for the upper suite from the rest of the house.

Downstairs, main level:
One Bedroom Suite; (up to 3 guests).

main level:
Share the great room and south & west outer deck looking out on Puget Sound & great sunsets.
A variety of self-serve (continental) breakfast provisions and dining area.
Kitchen is not officially included in your reservation but you may use it.

There is a selection of books, DVDs & CDs under the stairs for your enjoyment. .

Reservations & Cancellations

Reservations are held with advance deposit: Visa or Master Card. Confirmation is finalized upon receipt of the total cost of your stay. There is at least a $10.00 fee for all cancellations when notice is received more than two weeks in advance of the reservation date. Cancellations between seven and fourteen days of the reservation date may receive refund of one half the full reservation cost. Cancellations received within seven days of your reservation date may be refunded only if your booking dates are taken by another guest.  Between May 1st and September 30, there is a $25 fee for bookings of fewer than two nights.

Pets are welcome with a fee of $15/night
