Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations are held with advance
deposit: check, cash, Visa or Master Card. Reservations are confirmed
upon receipt of advance payment for the total cost of your stay. There is
a $10.00 fee for all cancellations when notice of cancellation is received
less than two weeks in advance of the reservation date. Cancellations between
seven & fourteen days of the reservation date may receive refund of one
half the advance payment. Cancellations reveived within seven days of your
reservation date may be refunded only if your booking dates are taken by
another guest. Between May 1st & September 30, there is a $20 fee for
bookings of fewer than two nights.
Pet are welcome with a fee of $25.00
